Deciding how a project should actually be built. We assess the technical routes available, what each implies for cost, programme and permitting, and which one the project can be financed and approved on — before the design work commits you to it.

Full detailed design taken through to the drawings and specifications a contractor builds from, and a supplier quotes against without qualifications.

Negotiating prices and delivery terms with equipment suppliers

Commercial negotiation with suppliers of equipment to the energy industry. Because we also work for manufacturers, we negotiate knowing what a supplier's terms mean on their side — which is what turns a delivery date into something you can build a programme on.

Market development for equipment manufacturers

For major equipment manufacturers in Europe and Asia: developing their position in European markets. Understanding what European developers specify, what their grid codes and approval regimes demand, and how a product has to be presented and certified to be specified at all.

Turnkey renewable project delivery

Complete renewable energy projects delivered end to end and handed over ready to operate — the preceding five services run as one contract, with one party accountable for the outcome.
